Scrapbook Queens- Thanks Card

Hey Friends!
I am super excited to show my first Design Team project for Scrapbook Queens! I received my DT package earlier this week and have been toying with the papers since. I was giddy to say the least..LOL!

Here, I've created a sweet little 5x5 card. For the base I've used a pearlized and textured piece of cardstock. I cut a dress form with my Cricut and SCAL2 out of the same paper but in a pearl colour. Just love it! For the front of the card I used paper from Echo Park, For The Record collection. This paper kinda put me out of my comfort zone but I was happy to challenge myself to use the colours of emerald green and sunshine yellow. I think I did a pretty good job, if I may say so myself ;)

As far as trims go, I used a black, pleated satin trim and also a black rosette trim. Both from Maya Road. I also used a piece of white, pennant looking lace... super gorgeous!
The teeny tiny thread spools are my fave! They are so stinkin' cute! I wrapped them with embroidery thread in colours to match the card.

The inks I used are Distress Inks from Ranger in Walnut Stain and Antique Linen.

All supplies used are available @ Scrapbook Queens. Enjoy!

 Big, squishy hugs,
